Make small changes for big differences
As busy Chiropractors in Witney we see we have some fairly simple solutions to problem. We’ve included just two examples which emphasis just how simple it can be;
Park at the back – If you do have to drive to work or the shops make sure you don’t park at the front of the car park. Get yourself more active and take a few extra steps all by just parking at the back.
Get up every 40 minutes –Try not sit down for longer than 30/40 minutes. After that length of time get up and move around. Maybe you go to the printer, make a tea or go for a quick chat.
