National Gardening Week starts on the 30th April and its focus this year is to encourage gardeners to share their love of gardening.
Gardening for just a few minutes a day not only keeps you active which is very important but it can also reduce stress significantly according to studies that have been carried out. However, gardening can sometimes lead to pain and strains which is certainly something our chiropractors at Witney Chiropractic Clinic want to ensure doesn’t happen to you.
