Walking is an easy change to make

Firstly we want to encourage people to walk more because it is an easy change. It is a realistic life change to expect people to make.

You can do this in all manner of ways; you can park at the back of the car park and get a few extra steps in on the way to the shops. Even better you can walk to the shops.

You can walk to work or if you live too far away, you can take a walk at lunchtime. You can take the stairs instead of the lift or you can walk your dog.

As already stated there are all manner of ways to get more walking in your life and it really is an easy and little change to your life.

Walking is good for you

You know more walking is an easy change to make but why? As a leading chiropractor in Witney we are big fans of walking as a form of exercise. In many ways it is better than running for example as it is far less strenuous on your joints. Not only that but it is an excellent fat burner and will likely to speed up your metabolism. Exercise is good for your body, your heart and your mind and walking is no different.
